What is your return policy?
When you shop at studioatis.com you always have 14 days to return your order from the time you received the product. Unfortunately you can not change your product. If you want to change to another item, you must place a new order. If you want to make a return, contact us at hello@studioatis.com to get your return label. The customer is responsible for the return fee. 


Consumers are entitled to return a defective item up to two years after it has been purchased, but within reasonable time of having discovered the defect. Defects are faults that can be traced to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with ordinary wear and tear, or the aging of products.

Each lamp is carefully manufactured, assembled and packed in our office in Sofia,Bulgaria. We do our best to handle your order as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is between 5-8 working days for the European Union

Yes you can! Most of the Philips Hue lamps with E27 base work.



Our table lamps come with E14 socket and cable. For the pendant lamps every E27 socket would work. Please note that E27 socket is provided with each pendant lamp.

Europe: 5-8 business days


Switzerland, United Kingdom, North America: 7-10 business days

 

Please note that UK customers are responsible for clearing their orders from customs and paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are set by UK customs and must be settled before delivery. Failure to do so may cause delays or returns. Please check with UK customs for details before ordering.


Rest of the world: 8-12 business days


DELIVERY AND SHIPPING


We inform you of the expected delivery time for our goods on each product page. We may inform you of any delays by email, in which case you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel your order, contact us at hello@studioatis.com. Your package will usually be delivered to your address or to a pick-up point if requested.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


Once we have delivered your order, you have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear message to hello@studioatis.com and include your order number. If you would like to change your order, you need to return the purchased product and place a new order for the product you want instead. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipping. 


REFUNDS


If you have the right to a refund, we will generally issue the refund as soon as possible upon receipt of the product. The refund will usually be sent to the payment method used when you initially purchased the product.
