Shipping policy

These are our standard estimated delivery times

Europe: 5-8 business days

Switzerland, United Kingdom, North America: 7-10 business days

 

Please note that UK customers are responsible for clearing their orders from customs and paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are set by UK customs and must be settled before delivery. Failure to do so may cause delays or returns. Please check with UK customs for details before ordering.

Rest of the world: 8-12 business days

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We inform you of the expected delivery time for our goods on each product page. We may inform you of any delays by email, in which case you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel your order, contact us at hello@studioatis.com. Your package will usually be delivered to your address or to a pick-up point if requested.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Once we have delivered your order, you have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear message to hello@studioatis.com and include your order number. If you would like to change your order, you need to return the purchased product and place a new order for the product you want instead. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipping. 

REFUNDS

If you have the right to a refund, we will generally issue the refund as soon as possible upon receipt of the product. The refund will usually be sent to the payment method used when you initially purchased the product.
