What is your return policy?

When you shop at araito.com you always have 14 days to return your order from the time you received the product. Unfortunately you can not change your product. If you want to change to another item, you must place a new order. If you want to make a return, contact us at hello@studioatis.com to get your return label. The customer is responsible for the return fee. 

Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each lamp is carefully manufactured, assembled and packed in our office in Sofia. The standard production time is 3-5 business days. After your product is manufactured, you’ll receive a notification with shipping details. For Europe, the estimated delivery period is 5-8 business days, after the confirmation for shipping.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal

Other Questions
Can I use smart bulbs with your products?
Yes you can! Most of the Philips Hue lamps with E27 base work.

What type of light source fit?
We recommend only using an E27 or E14 (for the table lamps) LED bulbs no more than 8W-10W for E27 socket and 5W for E14 socket. 3000K Light bulb is perfect for cozy and warm feeling.
